What Splitmark is

Splitmark is a personal running portfolio: a place to keep your race results, planned races, photos, and race recaps. It is run by an individual, not a company, and it does not sell advertising or share your data with data brokers.

What we collect

• Account details. When you sign in with Google or an email link, we receive your email address and, from Google, your name and profile picture. We use these only to identify your account.
• Profile. The name, sex, and birth date you enter at onboarding, plus optional home province and nationality. Sex and birth date exist solely to compute age-graded performance percentages.
• Race data. Results, times, placings, planned races, and recaps you add yourself.
• Media. Photos and clips you upload to a race.

We do not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies. The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in.

What is public

Your race record is private to your account. Two things are reachable without signing in, because they exist to be shared:

• Share cards.The image for a race (event, date, distance, time, placings, age-graded percentage, and the race's highlight photo if you set one) can be viewed by anyone who has its link.
• Uploaded media.Photos and clips are stored in a public-read bucket, so anyone with a file's direct URL can open it. Don't upload anything you wouldn't want linkable.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) in the Singapore region, and the site is served by Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf. Sign-in with Google is handled by Google under its own privacy policy; we never see your Google password.

Your control

You can edit or delete any race, plan, recap, or photo from inside the app at any time. To delete your account and everything attached to it, email jonathan.thongtan@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and it will be removed within seven days. The same address works for any question about this policy.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and the change is described here.
